Mr. Kevin Brophy is a Founder and the CEO of Meidlinger Partners, LLC. A finance professional with a wide range of experience in the infrastructure sector ranging from utility operations to public utility rate design to mergers, acquisitions and strategic planning, Mr. Brophy brings a broad range of skills and training to Meidlinger Partners. He acts as COO and CFO for the firm, managing investor relations, the firm’s daily operations including working with the Advisory Board and Investment Committee, and overseeing financial planning for portfolio companies. Mr. Brophy chairs the firm’s Investment Committee and also plays an integral role in strategic planning for portfolio
Dr. Karen Meidlinger is a Founder and Managing Partner of Meidlinger Partners, LLC. Based on her advanced scientific training plus ten years of experience sourcing deals, assessing technology, and advising high growth companies, Dr. Meidlinger brings a strong and diverse skill set to Meidlinger Partners. She shares responsibility for all major functional operations of the firm, which include transaction sourcing, structuring, negotiating and divesting, working with portfolio companies, and handling relationships with limited partners.
